An NBC affiliate in Maine received backlash after it featured a weather report hosted by a drag queen.
The incident unfolded over the past weekend when WCSH-6 News Center Maine allowed adult performer “Charteuse Money” (AKA Jake Boyce) to deliver a mock weather report, with a lower third reading “not a real forecaster.”

The weather-reading transvestite has reportedly hosted several drag queen story hours, reports The Maine Wire.
Boyce has previously headlined numerous “drag queen story hour” events, in which a cross-dressing man reads books to small children. He attended multiple such events this year, including one at the Portland Public Library in February that was marketed to babies under a full month old.
Following criticism, NewsCenterMaine.com appeared to have removed the webpage hosting the drag queen weather report, with a landing page now featuring a 404 error.
The station did not offer an explanation for why the report was deleted.
While seemingly pushed to the fringes in recent months, the bizarre broadcast shows the looney left – enabled by the establishment – is willing to go to extreme lengths to push back against the Trump agenda, even if it means alienating everyday viewers.
