President Donald Trump on Wednesday night slammed Hollywood liberal Rosie O’Donnell, asserting she’s not a “Great American” and again suggesting he could revoke her citizenship.
“As previously mentioned, we are giving serious thought to taking away Rosie O’Donnell’s Citizenship,” Trump posted to Truth Social, his message accompanied by a photoshopped image of O’Donnell’s face made extra-wide.
“She is not a Great American and is, in my opinion, incapable of being so!” he added.
The official White House X account reiterated his sentiments, posting, “Incapable of doing so!”
O’Donnell moved to Ireland in March fleeing what she called an oppressive Trump regime.
Trump had previously threatened to revoke Rosie’s citizenship in July, saying, “Because of the fact that Rosie O’Donnell is not in the best interests of our Great Country, I am giving serious consideration to taking away her Citizenship. She is a Threat to Humanity, and should remain in the wonderful Country of Ireland, if they want her. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”
The feud between the pair stems back to 2006 when Rosie criticized Trump while co-hosting The View, to which Trump hit back by calling her “disgusting, both inside and out.”
Trump took the feud to the next level when he took a hilarious swipe at her during the first Republican presidential debate in 2015.
Trump’s ascent to the White House precipitated O’Donnell’s descent into unhinged mania, labeling the president’s 10-year-old son, Barron, “autistic” on social media, calling for the military to remove Trump from office, and suggesting he has an incestuous relationship with his daughter Ivanka.
Despite moving to Ireland, Rosie still sees things through a Trump Derangement Syndrome lens, last week wrongly labeling the trans madman who committed the deadly rampage at a Minnesota Catholic school a “MAGA Republican.”
Before that she blamed the deadly July 4th Texas floods on Trump, claiming, “He’s put this country in so much danger by his horrible, horrible decisions.”
It’s unclear exactly whether Trump is joking about her citizenship or just trolling — but he certainly seems serious!
