Report: FBI Director Kash Patel’s Personal Email Accessed By Iranian-Linked Hackers

Sources are claiming hackers connected to the Iranian government broke into FBI Director Kash Patel’s personal email and shared photos and documents from the account online.

The Handala Hack Team is taking credit for the breach, reportedly posting content from Patel’s email account on its website.

The leaked files are from 2011 to 2022, before Patel was appointed to lead the Trump admin FBI.

While the hackers claimed to infiltrate an “impenetrable” FBI system, the account was really Patel’s personal email containing mundane information and photos.

The Iran-linked hacking group also launched a cyberattack against the American medical device company Stryker earlier this month.
