Image Credit: cnn screenshot A leftist Minnesota man who runs a bookstore and participated in an “economic blackout” on Friday, where business owners, students and employees engaged in a “strike” by not showing up for work or school and shutting down their businesses, compared ICE to Nazis on CNN.
The anti-ICE liberal, Jamie Schwesnedl, appeared wearing a pink beanie, telling CNN viewers his city “has been invaded by masked gunmen kidnapping family members and friends and neighbors.”
The “masked gunmen” of ICE are sending their captives “to concentration camps,” according to Schwesnedl, who admitted that many local business owners, employees and customers “are afraid to come to work” because they’re in the U.S. illegally.
When CNN host Jake Tapper pushed back on the Minneapolis business owner calling ICE detention facilities “concentration camps,” Schwesnedl claimed Minnesota’s Fort Snelling was “literally built as a concentration camp” and that everyone can agree that “Alligator Alcatraz” in Florida “is a concentration camp.”
“I’m not saying they’re putting people in ovens, yet, but these are concentration camps,” he added.
The ridiculous interview was widely shared online as internet user mocked the leftist Minnesotan’s biased rhetoric and bashed CNN for airing such content.
