
Authorities are saying a shooter injured at least five soldiers at Georgia’s Fort Stewart Army base on Wednesday, causing the facility and nearby schools to go into lockdown.
The shooter has been identified as 28-year-old Army Sgt. Cornelius Radford.
Media reports say Radford snuck his personal handgun onto the base and started firing before being apprehended by heroic soldiers.
