A notorious Black Lives Matter activist was arrested on a weapons charge after he wreaked havoc at a vigil for slain conservative icon Charlie Kirk at a vigil in Idaho this week, according to reports.
On Wednesday night, hundreds of people gathered outside the Idaho State Capitol Building in Boise to pray and mourn the death of the 31-year-old father of two following his assassination during an event in Utah.
The gathering was initially disrupted by a group of radical leftists “blasting anti-Christian, pro-Palestine music” who were chased off by vigil attendees, according to a local reporter.
A short time later, a man identified as Terry Wilson, a well-known local agitator, reportedly rode a scooter through the crowd yelling, “F**k Charlie Kirk.”
An unidentified male reportedly punched Wilson and a melee broke out, during which Wilson can be seen punching other attendees, witness footage indicates.
The fight was broken up by police but Wilson reportedly continued to yell obscenities and provocative statements, ultimately sparking another altercation that led to his arrest.
Officers reportedly discovered Wilson was carrying a firearm and marijuana in a rainbow backpack he was wearing, and his arrest record supports those claims.
Wilson has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence, disturbing the peace, and possession of a controlled substance.
On Friday, authorities announced the arrest of 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who is accused of killing Kirk.
