Image Credit: x screenshot Wrestling icon, actor and ex-Reform Party Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura joined a leftist podcast this week where he suggested the state leave the union and join Canada.
“How about since Trump dislikes Minnesota so bad and we’re so out of control, let’s join Canada,” Ventura proposed. “Instead of Canada becoming the 51st state of America and losing their healthcare like they said – they would never do that because they’d lose their healthcare – I’d like to see Minnesota, all of us become Canadian and make this part of Canada.”
Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura is now telling Minnesota to secede and become part of Canada.

He says Trump dislikes Minnesota so much that maybe it’s time to leave.

“It’s obvious Donald Trump don’t want us,” he absurdly claimed. “It’s obvious that he’s ready to fracture the whole country for his own folly… I think we should petition to get out of the United States, and if they don’t want us, I’m sure Canada would be happy to take us. And then all those Iowans, think about what a mess it will be when they have to cross an international border to come up here fishing.”
Earlier this month, Ventura went on a crazy tirade against the Trump administration, immigration officials and the Republican Party, hinting he may run for governor again after the state’s current leader Tim Walz recently dropped out amid a massive fraud scandal.
It appears as if liberalism has sadly warped the elderly pro wrestling superstar’s mind.
