Image Credit: fox news now screenshot During a Providence Police Department press briefing detailing the latest updates in the deadly Brown University shooting over the weekend, a journalist blasted the school for allegedly taking down some of its surveillance camera feeds in order to protect illegal aliens from ICE deportation.
Speaking with a heavy accent, the individual told local officials Brown University turned off cameras in the room where the shooting took place because they didn’t want to be forced to provide the footage to the FBI or immigration enforcement.

They had to abruptly end it!

He went on to say he has friends who are detectives in the police department and that they “are angry at this investigation.”
The journalist claimed the Ivy League college rendered the cameras inoperable and urged officials to “tell the truth to the media here.”
A city official countered the man by saying the university has been fully cooperative in sharing all of its available data with law enforcement, but failed to deny the reporter’s accusation about the cameras being turned off.
