First Lady Melania Trump turned heads on Wednesday entering a summit at the White House accompanied by a humanoid robot.
Figure AI’s US-built “Figure 3” robot appeared at Day 2 of the First Lady’s “Fostering the Future Together Global Coalition Summit,” kicking the event off by welcoming attendees in multiple languages.

Also attending the event, French First Lady Brigitte Macron — who during her statements called for limits to free speech, referencing online cyberbullying.
“So I say fascination, but concern… at the same time I do know that I am in the United States, a country that I love very much and here we are the country of free speech — but I think that liberty does have some rules. We have to be free, but adapt to certain codes. So I believe in these codes,” Macron said.
Macron’s comments on limiting speech come as she and husband French President Emmanuel Macron have launched a lawsuit in Delaware against podcaster Candace Owens, suing her for defamation over claims that the french first lady is actually a man.
Social media users raised eyebrows after producers appeared to use a male French-to-English interpreter for Macron, calling to mind Owens’ claims.
