APD held a press conference Thursday updating the public on their investigation into mass shooter and Senegalese naturalized citizen Ndiaga Diagne, who shot and killed two people at Buford’s Backyard Beer Garden on West 6th Street early Sunday morning, injuring 19 more, one of which later died at the hospital.
One chilling video shared by Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis filmed by a parked vehicle showed Diagne carrying an AR-15 before he begins unloading on bar patrons and bystanders.
