Late Monday night President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke over the phone following the U.S. bombing of Iranian nuclear sites. On Thursday the results of that call were revealed – Netanyahu agreed to end Israeli hostilities against Gaza within two weeks, along with a number of other developments which indicate Trump successfully planted his agenda of peace (and Washington as a whole) in a dominate position against Israel’s quest for war.
Notably, while President Trump ended Israel’s war on Iran, The Washington Post revealed that Netanyahu initially snubbed Trump’s peace plan, instead opting for war despite the move hindering Washington’s ongoing diplomacy with Tehran. Following Washington’s strike on Iran however, it appears Trump’s agenda of peace won out in the end and that Netanyahu’s attempt to stab Trump in the back had failed.
Israel Hayom chronicled the geopolitical developments that were agreed upon during the call:
- Gaza hostilities will conclude within two weeks, ending conditions will encompass four Arab nations (including Egypt and the United Arab Emirates) to administer the Gaza Strip, replacing the murderous Hamas terrorist organization. The remaining Hamas leadership will face exile to other countries, while the hostages gain freedom.
- Multiple nations globally will accept numerous Gaza inhabitants seeking emigration.
- Abraham Accords expansion will bring Syria, Saudi Arabia, and additional Arab and Muslim countries to recognize Israel and establish official relationships.
- Israel will declare its willingness for future Palestinian conflict resolution under the “two states” concept, contingent upon the Palestinian Authority reforms.
- The United States will acknowledge limited Israeli sovereignty implementation in Judea and Samaria.
Also on the call with the two world leaders was Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer. According to reports, all parties on the call were enthusiastic about the U.S. offensive that targeted Iranian nuclear infrastructure and the mood was described as “euphoric”.
This call also allegedly inspired the President’s extraordinary social media post about the Prime Minister’s legal proceedings. While this is, at least, the narrative being painted by Israel Hayom, geopolitical analyst and talkshow host Mike Adams interpreted the post quite differently.
Adams’ believes this post by Trump was meant to sink Netanyahu politically by tricking him into declaring victory so that his wartime rule can come to an end.
Adams’ also noted that most Americans were unaware of Netanyahu’s legal troubles and that by bringing them to light for the American audience, Trump is setting the stage for Israel’s prosecution of the scandal-stricken leader.
Most importantly however, Adams’ said that by Trump claiming Netanyahu is a great warrior after insinuating Israel could not have beaten Iran without the help of the U.S. and effectively taking credit for the Israeli victory, Trump signaled Washington’s dominance over the Jewish state’s agenda – a move that is extremely detrimental to Netanyahu’s failing grip on power.
