Police in Arizona found blood at the home of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, the mother of NBC Today show host Savannah Guthrie, suspecting a forced entry and a struggle before she was possibly kidnapped.

The latest info comes as Guthrie was reported missing from her home in Catalina Hills on Sunday after she failed to attend a church service, with her last sighting at dinner Saturday night.

Family conducting a wellness check Sunday found her wallet, cellphone and car still at the home.

“At this point, investigators believe she was taken from the home against her will, possibly [in the] middle of the night,” Pima County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Kevin Adger told The Los Angeles Times. “Detectives are looking into a possible kidnapping or abduction.”

Guthrie reportedly could not walk further than 50 yards without help and was “reliant on life-saving medication,” according to the New York Post, making it imperative she’s found quickly as she could die without it within 24 hours.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos, whose department is offering a $2,500 reward for information that can help find her, asked perpetrators for Guthrie’s safe return, saying, “Just call us. Let her go. Just call us. The family will tell you, there’s no questions asked here.”

“We don’t need another bad, tragic ending…we need some help,” he said, adding, “We’re doing all we can to try to locate her…Every tool we have, we will use.”

The Sun reports: “A small trail of blood was found outside Nancy’s home, per Fox News. The trail, which was described as a ‘drip’ comparable to a nose bleed, ended where her front door meets her driveway, a source said.”

Investigators said they’re still working to determine whose blood was found, but that it’s clear a crime was committed.

“We do in fact have a crime scene; we do in fact have a crime,” Nanos said. “She did not leave on her own, we know that…She’s very limited in her mobility.”

On Instagram, Savannah asked for prayers for her mother:
