Plaintiffs suing Alex Jones have retained the powerful Democrat-aligned law firm of former Biden administration Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff to represent them.
Alex Jones breaks down how the Democrat Party is behind the lawfare against him:
In a Monday filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, plaintiffs from multiple suits seeking to collect from Jones requested the counsel of attorney Deanna Drenga, of the New York law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher – where former Democrat Vice President Kamala Harris’s husband, Doug Emhoff, serves as partner.

On Tuesday, U.S. bankruptcy judge Christopher Lopez granted the plaintiffs’ pro hac vice motion allowing Willkie Farr & Gallagher to represent them in the case.
Emhoff stepped away from his partnership at DLA Piper in 2020 after Democrats stole the election and installed Biden as president. He joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as partner in January 2025.
The former second gentleman “has resumed his legal career, taking a partnership at Willkie Farr & Gallagher that he has said is paying around $6 million, according to three people informed about those conversations,” the New York Times noted in April.
Willkie Farr & Gallagher has been referred to as “Doug Emhoff’s Law Firm” in numerous legacy media reports.

Willkie Farr & Gallagher was one of several big Democrat law firms recently accused by President Donald Trump of weaponizing the justice system to attack him.
The firm struck a deal with the Trump administration in April to cease its DEI hiring practices and provide $100 million in pro bono legal services to veterans, as well as efforts to combat anti-semitism.
At the time, Emhoff had reportedly advised Willkie Farr leadership to push back and not cave to Trump, and after the deal was done several dissatisfied partners left the firm’s San Francisco branch.
The Democrat-tied Paul, Weiss law firm is also targeting Jones in his bankruptcy – and was similarly forced to settle with the Trump administration earlier this year to provide $40 million in restitution after an executive order accused them of weaponizing the justice system to attack Trump with lawfare.
“This is damage control,” Alex Jones remarked. “The whole thing’s run by Obama. He ran the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation on me and more.“
“Kamala’s husband has now officially joined the war against Infowars and the first amendment,” Jones wrote on X.
To sum it up — Doug Emhoff, husband of the woman once poised to become the next Democrat President of The United States, is a partner at the law firm going after Alex Jones and Infowars.
