Under the new legislation, Ukrainians can face up to eight years in prison if their crime results in a Jew being a victim.
“Under the new law, acts such as incitement to hatred, discrimination, or restricting rights on the basis of antisemitism can result in fines, limits on liberty, or prison terms of up to three years. Sentences increase to as much as five years if aggravating factors are present, including violence, threats, deception, or abuse of official authority,” The Times of Israel said Wednesday. “In the most serious cases — including crimes committed by organized groups or those causing significant harm — offenders could face between five and eight years in prison. Courts may also bar convicted individuals from holding certain positions.”
The legislation creates a two-tiered justice system where the Jews are held in higher legal regard than the Goyim.
The law was signed on Holocaust Remembrance Day. The Holocaust was an event of genocide, characterized by the mass murder of Jewish people in Europe about 80 years ago. While the number of Jews that lost their lives has been debated, many believe it was in the lower millions.
While Zelensky remembered the Holocaust on Tuesday, he also remembers the political party responsible for it – the Nazis. Zelensky has allied himself with the Azov Battalion, a neo-Nazi group of fighters who defend Ukraine against the Russians, similar to the Nazi defense against the Soviet Union in 1940’s Ukraine.
Despite using Nazis for defense, Zelensky also uses his Jewishness to ask Israel for money.
“Since the start of the war in Ukraine, Zelensky has not been shy about his heritage, even referencing it in a plea to the Israeli government for financial and military support in the early stage of the invasion,” The Jewish Chronicle said.
Zelensky reciprocated, answering Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s demands for foreign nations to join in on his Iran war.
While many in the West hold up Jews on the proverbial pedestal of perpetual victimhood and affirmative action, they also hold up Nazis who gift Jews their victimhood status.
In 2024 former U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson touted the Azov brigade as “heroes” while proudly holding up their Nazi flag.
The Canadian government has also publicly embraced classical Nazism and real life Nazi fighters themselves. In 2023 entire Canadian Parliament gave a standing ovation to a 98-year-old Nazi Waffen-SS soldier for his valiant service to The Third Reich.
While the Jewish/Nazi hypocrisy may appear to be a recent phenomenon, the two disparate group’s connections go back to the very roots of the German National Socialist Party itself.
Zelensky rules Ukraine unelected, using his war to avoid elections.
