Israel Bombs Iranian Negotiator Before He Could Meet With JD Vance

Israel has a history of killing individuals involved in peace talks. In September 2025 the Jewish State killed Hamas negotiators in Qatar before U.S. officials could meet with them.

Israel, the nation which dragged the U.S. into war against Iran, is now attempting to prevent its client-state from attempting to end the conflict via bombing Tehran’s negotiator Kamal Kharazi before he could meet with Vice President JD Vance.

“Reports indicate that Israel has carried out a high-impact airstrike that may have disrupted sensitive backchannel diplomacy between Iran and the United States. Former Iranian foreign minister Kamal Kharazi, a key nuclear negotiator and influential policy adviser, was reportedly severely injured, while his wife was killed. It remains unclear if Kharazi was the intended target or caught in collateral damage. Iranian and regional media suggest this could escalate tensions further, signaling a sharp blow to diplomatic efforts amid ongoing Middle East conflict,” Times of India reported Thursday.

Two Iranian officials said Kharazi was attempting to assemble a meeting with Vice President JD Vance.

In March Kharazi was not publicly calling for peace however, instead saying that Tehran has no room for diplomatic negotiations with Washington.

“I don’t see any room for diplomacy anymore. Because Donald Trump had been deceiving others and not keeping with his promises, and we experienced this in two times of negotiations – that while we were engaged in negotiation, they struck us,” Kharazi said in March.

Middle East nations have been attempting to fascinate peace talks between Washington and Tehran.

President Donald Trump has discussed his ongoing negotiations with Iranian official numerous times.

Despite the Trump administration’s attempt at diplomacy, Iran and Israel have been seeking to keep the war going.

Iran refused an early U.S.-proposed ceasefire on March 5, then refused another one later in the month calling it “one-sided.” Israel announced that its war against Iran will continue without any time limit.

After helping Israel incite the conflict, Trump appeared to be uninterested in continuing the fight.

“We won! We won! In the first hour it was over,” Trump said at a political rally on March 11.

While Tehran again rejected the notion that they’re negotiating peace with Washington on Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been lauding Trump’s continued war effort.
