Republican operative and Trump confidante Roger Stone, whose home was raided by the Deep State in 2019, took a victory lap following Friday’s FBI raid of former National Security Advisor John Bolton.
“Good morning. John Bolton. How does it feel to have your home raided at 6 o’clock in the morning?” Stone wrote to Bolton Friday.
The mocking X post came as the FBI conducted an AM search on Bolton’s Bethesda, Maryland, home “focused on potential classified documents agents believe Bolton may still possess, according to one source,” Fox News reported.
The raid is believed to be in connection to the publication of Bolton’s 2020 memoir, The Room Where It Happened, that reportedly contained classified intel violating his NDA.
Stone was arrested by the FBI on January 25, 2019, during a pre-dawn raid at his Fort Lauderdale, Florida, home and charged with seven counts, including one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, five counts of false statements, and one count of witness tampering.
He was found guilty on all seven charges, but his sentence was later commuted by President Trump in July 2020 and he was granted a full pardon that December.
Before FBI agents carried out the raid on Stone’s home, a CNN team was staked out outside, raising questions about who tipped off the network.
Stone questioned the media outlet’s whereabouts amid Bolton’s raid:
Wait ! Where was CNN?

Donald Trump Jr. pointed out on X that George Conway – the leftist husband of former Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway – was present outside Bolton’s home prior to the raid, prompting concerns over who leaked intel about the situation.
