Trump administration Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joined Fox News on Thursday where he was asked about the link between transgender hormone drugs and mass shooting events after a trans individual shot and killed two people, injuring 17 more at a Minnesota Catholic school Wednesday.
“We are doing those kind of studies now at NIH. We’re launching studies on the potential contribution of some of the SSRI drugs and some of the other psychiatric drugs that may be contributing to violence,” Kennedy said.

RFK continued to explain that many of the drugs have black box warnings informing users they could cause homicidal and suicidal tendencies, saying the government “can’t exclude those as a culprit.”
In January, Senator Tina Smith (D-Minn.) became upset that Kennedy suggested antidepressant Big Pharma drugs may be connected to school shootings.
Infowars founder Alex Jones has sounded the alarm about the connection between Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) and mass shootings for over a decade.
In 2013, Jones made a historic appearance on CNN with host Piers Morgan where he called out Big Pharma for its role in poisoning the minds of American children.
Morgan eventually came around to the idea, agreeing with Jones earlier this year.
