Conservative CNN commentator Scott Jennings did not hold back during a segment criticizing Democrat Minnesota Governor and former VP candidate Tim Walz for recently telling a crowd he can’t wait for the day President Trump dies.
Commenting on Democrat rumors that POTUS had a stroke and died, Jennings joked he didn’t ask the president about the allegations when he had the chance earlier this week because “when he got on the phone and sounded very much alive, I thought it would sound kind of stupid, frankly, to ask an alive person if they were dead.”
Changing the conversation, Jennings said, “I’ll tell you who is a complete piece of shit, I’m gonna tell you right now. Tim Walz, the governor of Minnesota holding up a phone in front of a rally, saying, “Well, we thought we were going to wake up and find out the president had died. Someday it will happen, someday it will happen.”
Playing a video clip of the Walz rally, the former Kamala Harris running mate said, “I will say this, the last few days you woke up thinking there might be news. Umm, just saying! Just saying. There will be news sometime, just so you know, there will be news.”
Jennings replied, “I used to say he was the biggest buffoon in American politics, but it’s worse now.”
