Old Dominion University ROTC cadet Samuel Reineberg joined The Shawn Ryan Show this week where he provided a step-by-step breakdown of the tragic murder of his professor, Brandon A. Shah, when Muslim terrorist Mohamed Bailor Jalloh walked into the classroom and started shooting.
Reineberg detailed the events leading up to the attack and the moment that Shah grabbed Jalloh as he was being struck by bullets, with a cadet immediately leaping to action and stabbing the assailant with a knife.
As this was taking place, Reineberg and another cadet also ran toward the fighting, trying to go for his gun.
“We had our hands on the top of the slide of his Glock,” he explained, saying the shooter just kept trying to shoot their classmates.
Reineberg told everyone in the class to “run” and “call 911,” the four cadets wrestled with the attacker, stabbed and beat him, even poking out his eyeball, and Jalloh “finally let go” of his gun.
Despite efforts to medically assist Shah, the cadets were unable to save his life.
