Image Credit: infowars composite President Donald Trump foreshadowed issues Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor would face regarding Jeffrey Epstein 11 years ago, with his prescient comments being revisited following the Duke of York’s arrest Thursday.
In a Feb. 27, 2015, Bloomberg Politics interview months before he threw his hat in the ring for the 2016 presidential election, Trump was asked to elaborate on earlier comments about Bill Clinton’s “problem” with Epstein, throwing Prince Andrew under the bus in his response.
“I don’t know [what the problem will be], but that island was really a cesspool. There’s no question about it. Just ask Prince Andrew. He’ll tell you about it,” Trump told a reporter.

Fast-forward to Feb. 19, 2026, and reports state the former Prince was taken into custody on accusations of misconduct in public office, on his 66th birthday no less.
“The ex-Duke has been pictured in the back of a car after being released under investigation this evening,” reported The Sun. “It is understood he spent approximately 11 hours in custody after searches of his property were carried out today.”
Former Epstein “sex slave” Virginia Giuffre, who committed suicide last year, claimed she was trafficked to Prince Andrew and photos show her posing with him when she was as young as 17.
Virginia Giuffre blew the whistle on being trafficked by Epstein and Ghislaine to Prince Andrew in an exclusive interview with Savannah Guthrie. She later died by “suicide” despite saying she’s not suicidal.

The question posed to Trump during the Bloomberg presser stemmed from comments he’d made earlier in the day while on stage at CPAC with Sean Hannity, who asked for Trump’s sentiments on former President Bill Clinton.
“Nice guy, got a lot of problems coming up in my opinion with the famous island with Jeffrey Epstein. A lot of problems,” Trump said at the time.

It was later shown Clinton flew on Epstein’s “Lolita Express” 26 times, according to flight logs.
Clinton and his wife, former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, are set to testify before Congress on their Epstein connections before the end of the month.
