President Donald Trump addressed the scourge of left-wing terrorism that has escalated in recent decades, asking members of his administration to outline their plans to combat extremist far left terror networks and hearing stories from journalists personally impacted by leftist violence.
During a roundtable at the White House Wednesday, President Trump – himself a victim of left-wing terror, including two assassination attempts – laid out the threat from violent leftists following last month’s assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, reiterating his “terrorist” designation of Antifa and indicating his administration would go after their funding sources.
“We have a very serious left-wing terror threat in our country,” Trump said in opening remarks. “Radicals associated with the domestic terror group Antifa… and other far left extremists have been carrying out a campaign of violence.”

“The epidemic of left-wing violence and Antifa-inspired terror has been escalating for nearly a decade,” he continued. “We’re going to be far more threatening to them than they ever were with us — and that includes the people that fund them.”

Trump pointed out while the Biden regime’s Justice Department “targeted faithful Catholics, Christians, and patriotic parents as domestic extremists,” his administration instead would be “going after Antifa criminals and all who fund and support their campaigns.”

US Attorney General Pam Bondi threw effusive support behind the president’s initiative, saying, “We’re not going to have it anymore—these thugs…this is not activism; it’s anarchy… Under your leadership, President Trump, we’re deploying the full might of federal law enforcement to crack down on Antifa and other domestic terrorist organizations.”
