Political establishment television jester Stephen Colbert said during his Wednesday night show that calling ICE agents “Nazis” is an “unfair comparison” because at least “the Nazis were willing to show their faces.”

The late-night show host played a video clip of Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino complaining on CNN, “They’re trying to portray Border Patrol agents and ICE agents as gestapo, Nazi and many other words…”
Colbert responded to the news segment, “Yes, do not compare ICE or Border Patrol agents to the Nazis, that’s an unfair comparison. The Nazis were willing to show their faces.”
The show’s live leftist audience loudly applauded.
The Democrat crowd is apparently blind to their own hypocrisy as it was liberals who strongly enforced masking during the COVID pandemic, yet now hate masks when worn by federal officers who only don them in order to avoid being doxxed by the same far-left radicals.
Days earlier, Colbert’s viewers erupted with cheers when he shouted, “Fuck ICE!”
Meanwhile, ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel called ICE agents “goons committing vile, heartless, and even criminal acts,” adding, “It’s sickening to watch, and it’s frustrating to watch.”
He then started crying crocodile tears, saying, “And to the people of Minneapolis, to the Pretti family and the Good family and these people who were looking out for their neighbors, we want you to know that we are with you and you are not alone.”
