
Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem was rushed to a hospital in Washington D.C. Tuesday after suffering an allergic reaction.
“Secretary Noem had an allergic reaction today. She was transported to the hospital out of an abundance of caution. She is alert and recovering,” said DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin.

Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem was rushed to a hospital in Washington D.C. Tuesday, according to multiple reports.
Noem, 53, was conscious when taken by ambulance and has since spoken to her security detail at the hospital.
As of this writing, the reason is unknown.
Some outlets are reporting Noem had an allergic reaction.
“On Monday, Noem was out inspecting the biological hazard labs at Fort Detrick with Sen. Rand Paul and Department of Health & Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.,” reports Gateway Pundit. “Noem has no reported chronic health issues.”
