Yet another illegal alien truck driver unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime has been arrested following a fatal collision that claimed the life of a young American father this week in the sanctuary state of Washington, according to reports.
The horrifying crash unfolded just after 7 a.m. on Thursday morning in King County.
Robert B. Pearson, 29, was traveling between two big rigs in a Mazda sedan when traffic slowed to a stop on SR 167, the Auburn Examiner reports.
The 18-wheeler behind Pearson rear-ended his vehicle, slamming it under the truck ahead, and also rolling over the top.
The Mazda reportedly burst into flames moments later, but the blaze was quickly extinguished.
A photo purportedly shot at the scene shows a truck tractor truck sitting atop the crumpled car.
Kamalpreet Singh, 25, was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide and ordered held on $100,000 bail.
Singh was released from King County Correctional Facility after apparently posting bond on Friday night.
Washington State Patrol troopers “determined Singh made no attempt to brake or take evasive action before striking the stopped vehicles. The document also alleges Singh falsified his electronic logbook by listing a co driver and includes data that investigators said could indicate the logbook was altered or disconnected,” the Auburn Examiner reports, citing court documents.
Investigators seized two iPhones from Singh and are working to determine if he may have been distracted or violating driving time regulations at the time of the crash.
Singh is an illegal alien from India who was released into the U.S. by the Biden regime in December 2023 after crossing the southern border near Lukeville, AZ, a federal source told Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin.
It remains unclear whether Singh holds a commercial driver’s license.
Pearson is survived by his wife and two young sons, according to a GoFundMe established for his family.
“My brother was the one killed. Leaving being his wife and 2 young boys ages 4 and 1. They are absolutely suing the company, her family has lawyers on it already. He was amazing, loving person who should still be here,” a woman claiming to be Pearson’s sister stated on X.
