After the Ukraine war has killed (at least) hundreds of thousands of white Ukrainians, the European country is now planning to import black people out of Africa, according to Remix News on Monday.
The head of Dictator Vladimir Zelensky’s office, Kyrylo Budanov, announced the plan in a Ukrainian language video earlier in the month.
“They enter, obtain documents, and then move on. This is a problem that creates barriers for business,” Budanov said in the video.
While the black Africans will be kept safe in civilian jobs, more white Europeans are planned to be fed into the meat grinder.
Since at least January 2025 European politicians and officials have floated sending European ‘peacekeepers‘ to Ukraine to fight Russia.
It was reported in October 2026 that Kiev was possibly recruiting Latin American drug cartel members to fight for it. Under some definitions the people of this region are white people too.
Ukraine is seeking to fully implement the United Nations’ Replacement Migration plan from the year 2000.

Last year, Remix News reported that Vasyl Voskobojnik, president of the Ukrainian Association of Foreign Employment Agencies, said the population decline can no longer be offset by simply increasing the birthrate. Instead, immigration from Third-World countries is the only solution.
Last autumn, Ukraine’s former minister of foreign affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, flatly stated that Ukraine may have to open its borders to Asian migrants because of its demographic crisis, with Ukraine already having the worst population growth in Europe, even before the war.
Kuleba said Ukraine has to focus on people “who need this country and are ready to rebuild it.” These people exist, he said, although they are in the minority, then indicating that the only solution is to bring in migrants.
