Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney raised eyebrows Thursday when he discussed Canada’s cooperation with Communist China and its work building a “new world order.”
The PM made the bizarre remark during a visit to Beijing this week celebrating the two nations becoming “strategic partners.”
“Mine is the first visit of a Canadian Prime Minister to China in nearly a decade. The world has changed much since that last visit,” Carney told Communist Chinese Party leaders, including President Xi Jinping. “And I believe the progress that we have made and the partnership sets us up well for the New World Order.”
I would like to know exactly what Mark Carney means when he says Canada’s partnership with China “sets us up well for the New World Order.”

It was pointed out online the “new world order” part was cut out of a CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Company) segment reporting on the meeting.
