Somebody filmed themselves recently checking into a La Quinta hotel that allegedly hired a person from India to virtually assist customers, instead of hiring a local to work in-person.

The dystopian glimpse at the direction America is heading was widely criticized online.
One user commented, “Why aren’t we tariffing these foreign phone centers, if not simply outlawing them? It’s shipping American jobs overseas, just like when we buy anything else from a foreign nation.”
Financial Express reported, “In 2023, over 70% of all H-1B work visas went to Indian applicants. This shows how much US companies depend on Indian talent, especially in tech roles where there are not enough local workers.”
COVID-19 helped usher in and normalize this type of virtual work from home culture, which is exactly what the global elite wanted.
