On Monday President Donald Trump said that the Jewish State of Israel never talked him into war with the Islamic Republic of Iran, October 7 did.
Israel never talked me into the war with Iran, the results of Oct. 7th, added to my lifelong opinion that IRAN CAN NEVER HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON, did. I watch and read the FAKE NEWS Pundits and Polls in total disbelief. 90% of what they say are lies and made up stories, and the polls are rigged, much as the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged. Just like the results in Venezuela, which the media doesn’t like talking about, the results in Iran will be amazing – And if Iran’s new leaders (Regime Change!) are smart, Iran can have a great and prosperous future! The President is changing his tune from early March when he confirmed that the U.S. went to war for Israel.
Immediately after the first strikes against Iran on February 28 Alex Jones said Israel was the driving force behind the military operation.
On March 3 Trump countered a statement by Secretary of State Marco Rubio about which country made the decision to attack Iran, the U.S. or Israel.
Trump was asked by a reporter at the time “Did Israel force your hand to launch these strikes against Iran? Did Netanyahu pull the United States into this war?”
“No. I might have forced their hand,” the President said.
A day earlier Rubio had a different story behind the war – that Israel made the decision to attack Iran, and that the U.S. was dragged in after it.
“The President made the very wise decision—we knew that there was going to be an Israeli action, we knew that that would precipitate an attack against American forces, and we knew that if we didn’t preemptively go after them before they launched those attacks, we would suffer higher casualties,” Rubio said March 2.
Trump initially believed claims from the Israeli Mossad that Tehran could be toppled, according to The New York Times. That Israeli intelligence helped the Jewish State’s leader Benjamin Netanyahu convince Trump to go to war with it, according to Middle East Eye. The NYT reported March 22:
As the United States and Israel prepared to go to war with Iran, the head of Mossad, Israel’s foreign intelligence service, went to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with a plan.
Within days of the war’s beginning, said David Barnea, the Mossad chief, his service would likely be able to galvanize the Iranian opposition — igniting riots and other acts of rebellion that could even lead to the collapse of Iran’s government. Mr. Barnea also presented the proposal to senior Trump administration officials during a visit to Washington in mid-January.
Mr. Netanyahu adopted the plan. Despite doubts about its viability among senior American officials and some officials in other Israeli intelligence agencies, both he and President Trump seemed to embrace an optimistic outlook. Killing Iran’s leaders at the outset of the conflict, followed by a series of intelligence operations intended to encourage regime change, they thought, could lead to a mass uprising that might bring about a swift end to the war.
Adding credibility to the NYT report, directly after Israel and the U.S. attacked Iran, Trump took to social media calling for the Iranians to stage a coup, a Trump-backed insurrection in the capital of Iran.
“When we are finished [dropping bombs] take over your government, it will be yours to take,” Trump said February 28. “This will be, probably, your only chance for generations.”
