Image Credit: BRENDAN SMIALOWSKI / Contributor / Getty Vanity Fair published a lengthy article on Tuesday focusing on President Trump’s Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, accusing her of harshly criticizing nearly everybody in the administration.
The piece also claims Wiles confirmed POTUS is “in” the Epstein files, warned him against pardoning Jan. 6th political prisoners, admitted Trump is seeking “retribution” against Democrats and disagreed with the administration shutting down USAID.
According to the interview, Wiles slammed Vice President J.D. Vance as a “conspiracy theorist,” said Trump has an “alcoholic’s personality,” labeled Elon Musk a “ketamine user,” and thought Attorney General Pam Bondi botched the release of the Epstein files.
The high-level Trump staffer responded to the article, writing, “The article published early this morning is a disingenuously framed hit piece on me and the finest President, White House staff, and Cabinet in history.”
“Significant context was disregarded and much of what I, and others, said about the team and the President was left out of the story. I assume, after reading it, that this was done to paint an overwhelmingly chaotic and negative narrative about the President and our team,” she added.
First Son Donald Trump Jr. came to Wiles’ defense on social media, calling her “the most effective and trustworthy Chief of Staff” his father has had.
“She was a loyal fighter for him from the moment she came on board,” Don Jr. continued. “When things were tough and other supposed friends left my dad like a bunch of rats, Susie stood by his side and worked her ass off everyday to rebuild his political operation and ensure that his comeback in 2024 would be successful.”
He also said Wiles was critical in bringing Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the MAHA movement on board for the second Trump administration, writing, “While others were skeptical of MAHA, Susie immediately got it and has been one of its biggest advocates in the entire Administration.”
Speaking at a Uline Shipping Supplies facility in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, VP Vance addressed the accusation that he’s a “conspiracy theorist,” telling the audience, “Sometimes I am a conspiracy theorist, but I only believe in the conspiracy theories that are true.”
He went on to say he’s joked with Wiles in private and publicly about how many of his “conspiracy theories” have turned out to be true, such as the stupidity of masking three-year-olds during COVID-19.
“I believed in this crazy conspiracy theory that the media and the government were covering up the fact that Joe Biden was clearly unable to do the job,” Vance said to a roaring applause. “I believed in the conspiracy theory that Joe Biden was trying to throw his political opponents in jail rather than win an argument against his political opponents.”
“So, at least on some of these conspiracy theories, it turns out that a conspiracy theory is just something that was true six months before the media admitted it,” he added.

Vance then praised Wiles for being consistent in how she acts to the president’s face and behind his back, saying, “I’ve never seen her be disloyal to the President of the United States.”
It appears as if the mainstream media hit-piece is yet another failed attack on the administration.
