On Friday President Donald Trump canceled all documents issued by the autopen during the presidency of Joe Biden. The move comes about 10 months after Biden left office.
Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States.
The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him. I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally. Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Notably, this move by Trump does not cancel executive orders that were “directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden.”
It does however mean Biden may be brought up on perjury charges if he claims he was involved in the autopen process.
The perjury threat by Trump is peculiar as in July Biden gave an interview to The New York Times in which he said he personally authorized the widespread use of the autopen:
Former president Joe Biden defended the widespread use of autopen during his presidency, saying he authorized it.
Biden gave a rare interview to The New York Times and said “I approved every decision” with regard to the use of autopen, which is a stand-in for a direct signature from the president himself.
The former president said autopen was used to grant a large number of pardons at the end of his term, including pardons for his family, because “we’re talking about a whole lot of people.”
The Times obtained emails that show how, after Biden met with aides the day before President Trump’s inauguration, Democrat chief of staff Jeff Zients sent an email to aides saying, “I approve the use of autopen for the execution of all the following pardons,” followed by a list of pardons.
Biden denied that any of the pardons were made without his approval.
“I made every single one of those. I understand why Trump would think that, because obviously, I guess, he doesn’t focus much. Anyway, so — yes, I made every decision.”
Some believe the autopen was used because Biden was suffering a mental decline. Biden’s own 2020 campaign team even believed he was undergoing mental decline.
In 2024 the Justice Department found Biden guilty of crimes, but did not prosecute him due to mental incapacity.
“Part of the reason special council Robert Hur declined to bring charges against the President was due to Biden’s memory,” Fox News said at the time.
“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness,” Hur noted in the report on page 6.
Now the Trump DOJ is looking into Biden’s mental decline as well:
Trump administration Department of Justice official Leo Terrell, a senior counselor to the assistant attorney general for civil rights, posted to 𝕏 on Sunday accusing ex-First Lady Jill Biden of engaging in elder abuse and asking if she deserves criminal charges for pushing her husband Joe to run for president while facing a terminal prostate cancer diagnosis and deteriorating mental state.
In response to a post suggesting Jill “knew about President Biden’s health problems but still wanted him to run for president,” Terrell wrote, “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??”
On Monday, Infowars reported on several prominent doctors joining mainstream media programs to say it’s basically impossible that Biden only recently developed the illness or that White House doctors were unaware.
