The catastrophic floods that tore through the Texas Hill Country over the Fourth of July have claimed at least 82 lives, including 68 in Kerr County alone, with 27 deaths at Camp Mystic, and approximately 41 people, including 10 girls and one counselor from the camp, remain missing.
