It’s Official: Bongino Announces He’s Resigning From FBI In January

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino has announced he is leaving the bureau in January.

“I will be leaving my position with the FBI in January,” said Bongino in an X post Wednesday. “I want to thank President Trump, AG Bondi, and Director Patel for the opportunity to serve with purpose.”

“Most importantly, I want to thank you, my fellow Americans, for the privilege to serve you.
God bless America, and all those who defend Her.”

President Donald Trump said Bongino did a “great job” and added he believed Dan wanted “to go back to his show.”

Notably, Bongino’s statement comes almost 24 hours after Infowars first reported on his exit.
