The facility at Natanz, which was attacked during Operation Midnight Hammer last year, has been hit for a third time, Iranian state media confirmed.
Thus far, neither the US nor Israel has confirmed the attack.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said Iranian authorities had notified it of the attack, and that there have been no reports of increased levels of radiation so far.
Joint US-Israeli strikes hit Natanz and facilities at Isfahan and Fordau in June 2025.
President Trump said the Iranian nuclear program had been obliterated in the strikes.
Natanz was struck again on 3 March, in the first days of Operation Epic Fury.
On the same day as the latest strikes on the facility, Iran attacked Dimona in southern Israel, which is home to one of the country’s most important nuclear-research facilities.
Following the strikes on Natanz and Dimona, the director general of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, called for restraint.
Grossi had warned the Iran conflict could lead to a dangerous nuclear meltdown.
“We cannot rule out a possible radiological release with serious consequences, including the necessity to evacuate areas as large or larger than major cities,” Grossi said.
Other nations with nuclear sites in the region include the United Arab Emirates, which has four nuclear reactors, and Jordan and Syria.
