Ex-President Bill Clinton and former First Lady Hillary Clinton could face arrest if they refuse to comply with subpoenas or testify regarding Jeffrey Epstein, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer warned.

Speaking to Real America’s Voice Tuesday following the House’s passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, Comer confirmed if the ex-president and his wife refuse to comply, they will be given the “Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro” treatment.

“100%” Comer said.

The House rep from Kentucky went on to note President Donald Trump frequently has to field questions from reporters about Epstein, and that even former Attorney General Bill Barr and former US Attorney Alex Acosta have both faced tough depositions.

“But the Clintons have never responded,” Comer said. “They’re the one group in this investigation that’s never had to answer questions in front of a credible reporter, and they’ve never certainly answered questions from attorneys or members of Congress.”

“So we expect the Clintons to come in, or I expect the Clintons to be met with the same fate that Bannon and Navarro were met with when the Democrats were in control.”

Bannon and Navarro were two high-level Trump admin officials who were perp-walked in front of the media to serve time on trumped-up charges.

Over the past few months, Trump has insisted the imminent Epstein file release would be more damaging for Democrats like Bill Clinton, Obama Treasury Sec. Larry Summers, venture capitalist Reid Hoffman and others, last week directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate Epstein’s involvement with them and major banking institution JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Comer’s remarks come as the House on Tuesday voted almost unanimously to pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act, seeking to “release all documents and records in possession of the Department of Justice relating to Jeffrey Epstein.”
