A crisis is unfolding at a housing complex overrun by ‘migrants’ in a Maryland sanctuary county.
Residents of Marylander Condominiums in Hyattsville have been left without heat or running water for months due to severe damage linked to a nearby homeless encampment.
Roughly half of the complex has been without heat since before Thanksgiving 2025. Property management claims vagrants broke into the boiler room and damaged it.
In a stunning twist of injustice, Prince George’s County officials then moved to evict the residents — not the vagrants.
The condo association has filed a federal lawsuit seeking $25 million in damages, accusing the county of neglecting the issue and failing to protect the property.
The encampment has grown due to assistance from NGOs, churches, and activists who bring food and clothing — which Border Hawk witnessed in-person.
The condos and homeless camp are both primarily inhabited by foreign individuals, many of whom are likely in the U.S. illegally.
While reporting from the scene, Border Hawk did not encounter anyone who spoke English.
“Place is zomebieland,” one local told us.
