An illegal alien with an extensive deportation history has been arrested for allegedly abducting and raping a very young child in Kentucky.
On Mar. 28, the Lexington Police Department was alerted about a juvenile assault victim.
Responding officers arrested 31-year-old Jorge Luis Martinez-Ulloa and booked him into Fayette County Detention Center on a range of charges involving a victim under the age of 12: two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of sodomy, two count of sexual abuse, strangulation, and kidnapping.
Martinez-Ulloa grabbed the child by her arm and neck, dragged her into his apartment, and committed heinous sexual violence against her, according to court documents reviewed by local media.
The defendant and victim were not known to each other prior to the attack.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has revealed that Martinez-Ulloa is an illegal alien from Honduras who has entered the U.S. at least five times.
Martinez-Ulloa crossed the southern border in 2012 near Laredo, Texas, but was deported by the Obama administration.
In 2021, he illegally entered the U.S. three more times but was apparently turned back by the Biden regime.
Martinez-Ulloa then slipped into country as a ‘gotaway’ at an unknown location and date.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against Martinez-Ulloa, who is being held on $100,000 bond.
“This criminal illegal alien kidnapped and raped a child. ICE is requesting Lexington not release this child predator without notification to ICE law enforcement. Thankfully, Lexington cooperates with ICE, so this pedophile will not be released from jail back into American neighborhoods,” said DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.
“We need more cities and states to cooperate with us to help remove sickos like this from our country. Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, ICE will continue arresting and removing child rapists from our country.”
