Former U.S. Department of State official Mike Benz has been digging through the recently released Epstein files, finding some interesting documents connecting the infamous pedophile to the CIA and its notorious Iran-Contra weapons and drug smuggling scandal.
“Jeffrey Epstein negotiated the fucking contract to move the CIA’s proprietary airliner, Southern Air Transport, which was busted running drugs and guns during Iran-Contra. He (Epstein) personally was the authorized signatory on the deal with Southern Air Transport to move it to a military base in Columbus, Ohio, to service the limited,” Benz said.
He continued, noting how powerful Epstein must have been to get the CIA to move the operation from Miami, Florida, to Ohio to help out his company.
“You think he just schmoozed the CIA?” Benz sarcastically asked. “Or is it because he was handling [Adnan] Khashoggi’s money during Iran-Contra that purchased the guns that Southern Air Transport a decade earlier was moving?”
Infowars founder and host Alex Jones commented on the video, writing, “As I first reported 18 years ago Jeffrey Epstein’s companies served as a CIA front, just like AIR America-Evergreen Transportation did during the Vietnam War. All of this was directed by George Herbert Walker Bush through his agent, Gov, Bill Clinton of Arkansas via Mena.”
Jones went on to point out he’s interviewed CIA pilots such as Terry Reed, who flew some of the Iran-Contra aircraft, and Green Beret Larry Nichols, who coordinated the operation.
“Nichols was also Bill Clinton’s right hand man,” he added.
In a separate social media post, Benz highlighted the fact that Columbus, Ohio, currently has the second largest Somali community in the U.S., explaining, “Mass Somali immigration to the US began in 1992, right as the CIA, USAID & DOD entered its civil war. Mass Somali immigration to Columbus began in 1994, right as the CIA’s gun-running airline moved to serve Jeffrey Epstein.”
