Scott Adams, creator of the legendary comic strip “Dilbert” and a popular pro-Trump political commentator, died from cancer at the age of 68 on Tuesday.
Adams’ final message to his fans and followers was, “I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and look forward to spending an eternity with Him.”
The “Dilbert” creator’s first ex-wife Shelly Miles read a January 1st statement from him, telling the world, “If you are reading this, things did not go well for me. My body failed before my brain.”

Last year, Adams announced his prostate cancer diagnosis and revealed he was only given months to live, later asking the Trump administration to give him access to experimental treatments in a last-ditch effort to defeat the illness.
Trump posted on Truth Social announcing he was “on it” in response to Adams’ plea for help, and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. also responded to Adams on 𝕏, writing, “Scott. How do I reach you? The President wants to help.”
On Tuesday, POTUS again posted to Truth Social, saying Adams “was a fantastic guy” and giving condolences to his family.
People magazine posted an article calling Adams the “disgraced Dilbert creator,” deleting the piece on their 𝕏 account but leaving on their website.
People also changed the author title from leftist writer Victoria Edel to “People Staff” on their site.
