On Tuesday President Donald Trump officially decertified all documents signed by autopen during the Joe Biden presidency, something first announced on Friday.
Any and all Documents, Proclamations, Executive Orders, Memorandums, or Contracts, signed by Order of the now infamous and unauthorized “AUTOPEN,” within the Administration of Joseph R. Biden Jr., are hereby null, void, and of no further force or effect. Anyone receiving “Pardons,” “Commutations,” or any other Legal Document so signed, please be advised that said Document has been fully and completely terminated, and is of no Legal effect. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
While the decertification included all documents, proclamations, executive orders, memorandums and contracts, Trump went on to specifically discuss the mass pardons issued by President Autopen at the tail end of Biden’s captivity within the White House.
A full list of everyone pardoned during the Biden regime’s reign can be seen here. While it’s not clear exactly which ones were signed by the autopen and which ones were signed by the elderly Biden, the list gives an idea at just how many fellow travelers Biden and his comrades decided to pardon.
Of note, Covid extraordinaire Anthony Fauci was pardoned by the Biden regime and likely by the autopen itself. This pardon was notable as Fauci was not convicted, nor even indicted for a crime at that time. A pardon, many believe, implies guilt to a crime. Trump’s move to decertify President Autopen’s pardons potentially opens the door to an indictment of Fauci for crimes related to the Covid ‘plandemic’.
The Trump White House actually laid out these Covid crimes and how Fauci is implicated in them on their website in April.

On Friday Trump announced he will take this action.
Some believe the autopen was used because Biden was suffering a mental decline. Biden’s own 2020 campaign team even believed he was undergoing mental decline.
In 2024 the Justice Department found Biden guilty of crimes, but did not prosecute him due to mental incapacity.
“Part of the reason special council Robert Hur declined to bring charges against the President was due to Biden’s memory,” Fox News said at the time.
“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness,” Hur noted in the report on page 6.
Now the Trump DOJ is looking into Biden’s mental decline as well:
Trump administration Department of Justice official Leo Terrell, a senior counselor to the assistant attorney general for civil rights, posted to 𝕏 on Sunday accusing ex-First Lady Jill Biden of engaging in elder abuse and asking if she deserves criminal charges for pushing her husband Joe to run for president while facing a terminal prostate cancer diagnosis and deteriorating mental state.
In response to a post suggesting Jill “knew about President Biden’s health problems but still wanted him to run for president,” Terrell wrote, “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??”
On Monday, Infowars reported on several prominent doctors joining mainstream media programs to say it’s basically impossible that Biden only recently developed the illness or that White House doctors were unaware.
