A young American couple lost their lives just days after getting married in a horrific crash allegedly caused by an Indian illegal alien truck driver in Oregon last week.
The tragedy unfolded on the evening of Nov. 24 in Deschutes County.
Rajinder Kumar, 32, lost control of his big rig and jackknifed across US 20.
A Subaru Outback carrying William Micah Carter, 25, and Jennifer Lynn Lower, 24, slammed into Kumar’s trailer at highway speeds, killing them both, according to Oregon State Police.
Carter and Lower were traveling back home from their wedding reception in Idaho at the time of the collision, according to a GiveSendGo established for their funeral expenses.
Kumar was arrested and charged with two counts of criminally negligent homicide and one count of recklessly endangering.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has revealed that Kumar is an Indian national who was unleashed by the Biden regime.
In 2022, he illegally crossed the southern border near Lukeville, AZ — an epicenter of the Biden border rush.
After being released into the interior, Kumar secured federal work authorization in 2023 and obtained a Commercial Driver’s License in the sanctuary state of California.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer request for Kumar, but it is unclear if it will be honored under Oregon’s sanctuary policies.
“How many more senseless tragedies must take place before sanctuary politicians stop allowing illegal aliens to dangerously operate semi-trucks on America’s roads?” stated DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
“Our prayers are with William and Jennifer’s families. Under Secretary Noem, ICE will continue its efforts to get illegal alien truck drivers off America’s highways.”
Foreign truck drivers — many of whom are Indian — are wreaking havoc on U.S. highways, as we frequently report.
“The trucking industry has operated like the Wild, Wild West for far too long which is why I purged NEARLY HALF of trucking schools from USDOT’s list of approved schools because they failed to meet our high standards of safety,” Sec. of Transportation Sean Duffy announced on Tuesday.
“We also placed over 7,000 drivers who failed to meet our English proficiency standards out of service because if you can’t speak English, you need to get off American roads!”
Illegal alien drivers continue to destroy American lives on a near-daily basis.
